o HB 7366: AN ACT CONCERNING INCENTIVES FOR ENERGY-EFFICIENT CONSTRUCTION.
o SB 1071: AN ACT CONCERNING AGING IN PLACE INCENTIVES.
o SB 904: AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF REVENUE SERVICES TO ESTABLISH A FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROGRAM AND ESTABLISHING A TAX DEDUCTION FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER SAVINGS ACCOUNTS.
o HB 6749: AN ACT TO REORGANIZE THE ZONING ENABLING ACT AND PROMOTE MUNICIPAL COMPLIANCE.
o SB 274: AN ACT REQUIRING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LEARN HERE, LIVE HERE PROGRAM.
