Welcome to the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Eastern Connecticut.
I am pleased to serve as the President of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Eastern Connecticut (HBRAECT) and excited to outline our priorities for the upcoming year.
Our primary focus is on membership growth and enhancing the impact of our association. By expanding our membership, we can strengthen our advocacy efforts and better serve our community.
Education is a cornerstone of our mission, and we are dedicated to providing our members with access to valuable educational opportunities. From workshops and seminars to online resources, we strive to equip our members with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in today’s competitive market.
Connecting our members to resources is another crucial aspect of our work. We are committed to ensuring that our members have access to all the resources offered by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), including tools, industry data, and networking opportunities.
Workforce development remains a pressing issue for our industry, and we are committed to addressing it proactively. We will work to connect our members with training programs, apprenticeships, and other resources to help them attract and retain skilled workers.
Additionally, we will continue to have a legislative impact by advocating for policies that support the residential construction industry and promote economic growth in our region.
